Description
Introducing ASRA NINE-TAILS MATSURI – a new member of the Megami Device series that blends bishoujo aesthetics with powerful armor and weapons.
NINE-TAILS swaps out its MSG-clad form for a festive, traditionally inspired Japanese costume: a mini-yukata designed in all-new pieces. The set also includes fox ears, a tail, and a feathered fan to enhance the festival feel. The proportions have been heavily revised to give the popular ASRA silhouette a shape closer to the AUV series.
The set comes with updated ASRA series connectors, allowing the attachment of armament from the ASRA NINE-TAILS kit (sold separately). The model was designed by Nidy-2D (creator of the ASRA series) and uses the "machineca Block1.5L" base body designed by Masaki Apsy, allowing for expressive and dynamic poses.
Model specifications:
– Mature proportions and rich detail separation that give better coloring and a fuller impression.
– Includes three shikigami: a standard shikigami, a leaf style, and a fan style – perfect for staging festival scenes.
– The facial expressions are newly designed by Nidy-2D- and recreated by Amaai. The package includes two pre-painted face parts and one face part intended for decals.
– Compatible with ASRA NINE-TAILS and ASRA TAMAMONOMAE – mix and match parts for your own variations.
– The ”Machineca” base body offers great mobility, so the model can be placed in natural poses, from combat readiness to sitting.
– The set contains several weapons and joint components to create different battle scenes.
– 3mm connections on the parts and main compatibility parts make the model easy to combine with parts from MSG, Frame Arms, Frame Arms Girl, Hexa Gear, Sousai Shojo Teien, Arcanadea and Megalomaria.
– Decals for eyes and markings included.
What is Megami Device?
Kotobukiya's Megami Device is a series of plastic models measuring approximately 14 cm (5½”) that come with ample weaponry and equipment to build and customize your own Megami Device figures. Each character uses a "machineca" base body designed by Masaki Apsy, while armor and mechanics are created in collaboration with various guest illustrators. Multi-colored parts and pad-printed faces allow many models to be assembled without painting, and the 3mm joint system ensures compatibility with other Kotobukiya series.
