Description

Ikaruga, the main character's ship from the groundbreaking shoot 'em up game Ikaruga, is being relaunched as a plastic model kit for advanced model builders!

The prototype was created by sculptor Hiroshi Iseya and the shape was revised with details by the game's original designer Yasushi Suzuki. In this 1/144 scale model, Ikaruga has been given a new, improved appearance.

The kit is rich in detail and designed for advanced builders, with more complex sculpting than a typical kit. The distinctive homing beam attack and landing arm can be recreated through interchangeable parts, and fuselage patterns are reproduced with die-casting and decals.

The base features a motif of the boss Stone-Like and the packaging art is drawn by Yasushi Suzuki. At approximately 155mm long, Ikaruga [White] delivers some of the finest detail in Kotobukiya's plastic model range.
