DLX Starscream stands approximately 27 cm (10.6 in) tall and features newly sculpted parts, including a new head, signature shoulder intake, and body, arm, and leg details. The figure features a magnetic eye lighting system and an internal die-cast alloy frame for increased durability, with approximately 51 points of articulation. The knee joint is reconfigured with die-cast alloy for better balance and dynamic posing that gives a premium feel.

The body features sculpted mechanical structures and threezero's weathered engineering reproduces realistic abrasions. DLX Starscream also comes with multiple interchangeable hands and weapons, including a Null-ray Blaster and an Electron Spike Blade, allowing for a variety of dynamic action poses.
